Create a Rubric to accompany your previously (module 6) submitted lesson plan with accommodations/modifications. The accommodations/modifications should be appropriate for a student who has the exceptionality that you previously researched. You do not have to ‘reinvent’ the wheel when it comes to a rubric, but make sure your rubric does match your lesson plan evaluation/assessment with the terminology, assignments, etc. Accommodations/Modifications should be taken into account with this rubric as well. If your lesson plan absolutely cannot use a rubric for evaluation/assessment purposes, then create a new evaluation/assessment method for your lesson plan (attach this new evaluation/assessment at the top of the page with the rubric attached below its explanation.) This could be a checklist or rating scale to determine if the objective(s) have been met.
