You can’t use this one for your 3.2 assignment. When a website has no author listed, start with the title. Often times, there’s no clear date of publication, so use no date (n.d.) as the year. The reference for the CMS website should be formatted as:

The regular citation in this example will include the name of the website followed by the year, if available. Using our CMS example, it will look like this (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, n.d.).
